We’re excited to invite all Woodinville High School 2027 graduates to the ultimate Grad Night Party—a once-in-a-lifetime event held just hours after seniors walk across the stage and receive their diplomas!🎓

The Grad Night Committee has secured two secret, surprise venues that offer the perfect mix of excitement and relaxation. Whether your senior wants non-stop fun or a chill place to hang with friends in a safe environment, there’s something for everyone.
 

Graduation might seem far away but these venues have already been reserved so purchase your tickets today and don't wait.

To cover the costs of scholarships, we are encouraging families to consider making a donation for the grad night party fund. Thank you for helping us make this event inclusive and accessible for all graduates!

🎉 Event Details
Date: Graduation Night – Monday, June 14, 2027 (subject to change according to school planning)
Time: 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM the next day
Who: All WHS 2027 graduates are invited
What: A celebration packed with activities, food, friends, and fun

The all-inclusive ticket price covers:

• Charter bus transportation to/from a central Woodinville location

• Access to all activities at both surprise venues

• Access to all food & entertainment, and much more!

📄 Required Forms
The email addresses given at the point of sale will be used to send you important forms that are required to attend the event. Please complete necessary forms and email a picture or scan to GradNight@woodinvillehighschoolptsa.org. If an Emergency Care Plan is needed, please include this also.

Please consider donating any amount to help cover scholarships and lower overall costs. All donations are tax-deductible, and a receipt will be provided.

💚 Scholarships Available
We want every graduate to attend—no exceptions. If cost is a concern, simply reach out to request a partial or full scholarship. No forms, no questions. Please email GradNight@woodinvillehighschoolptsa.org to request.  Please request as early as possible as we can only grant as many scholarships as fundraising allows.
