What does PTSA do?
By joining WHS PTSA you are strengthening the largest child advocacy organization, and supporting the advocacy goals of WSPTA. We focus our local PTSA efforts on giving $35,000 in grants to enhance educational or community opportunities for our children attending WHS, hosting staff appreciation lunch events to thank our wonderful teachers, granting 3 senior scholarships every year, organizing a self-funded graduation night event, support WHS reflections art contest and essay contests, promote community engagement between families through our Facebook and Instagram pages, award outstanding educators/volunteers of the year, and much more!
02
Why should I join?
Join WHS PTSA for your child because increasing our membership, even by one, makes it possible to provide important educational resources, speak up on important advocacy issues affecting our children and school and to create a stronger school community. We invite you to join because we can do more together than apart!
03
